Neck Exercises

The best way to prevent injury is by having strong, flexible muscles and joints that resist strain and injury. The back and neck like movement. Putting the back in a static position for long periods of time, such as sitting at a computer screen for hours, increases the risk of back or neck strain. The best preventive medicine for neck and back strain is movement. Take frequent breaks away from the computer screen to stretch.
Here are some easy stretching exercises for simple neck pain that can relieve simple cases of neck ache. Some can even be used on the job to relieve neck strain.

Neck Glide

Start with neck straight. Slowly slide your chin forward. Hold for five seconds and return to starting position. Do ten times.

Neck Extension

Without arching your back, slowly move your head backward so you are looking upward. Hold for five seconds. Return to starting position. This is a good exercise to do during work to prevent neck strain.

Neck Rotation

Start by looking straight ahead. Slowly turn your head to the left. Hold for ten seconds, then return to starting position. Then, slowly turn you head to the other side. Hold for ten seconds. Return to starting position. Do ten repetitions. This is a good exercise to do during work, especially if you have to keep your head in a steady position for extended periods, as in working at a computer. Do this exercise every half hour to prevent neck strain.

Lateral Extension

Start by looking straight ahead. Slowly lean your head to the left. Using your left hand for resistance, use the muscles in your neck to press against it. Hold for five seconds, then return to starting position. Then, slowly lean your head to the other side. Hold for five seconds. Return to starting position. Do ten repetitions. This is a good exercise to do during work, especially if you have to keep your head in a steady position for extended periods, as in working at a computer. Do this exercise every half hour to prevent neck strain.

Shoulder Shrugs

Start by looking straight ahead. Slowly raise both shoulders up. Hold for five seconds, then return to starting position. Do ten repetitions. This is a good exercise to do during work, especially if you have to keep your head in a steady position for extended periods, as in working at a computer. Do this exercise every half hour to prevent neck strain.

Tilted Forward Flexion

Start by looking straight ahead. Slowly lower your chin toward your chest. Hold for five seconds, then return to starting position. Do ten repetitions. This is a good exercise to do during work, especially if you have to keep your head in a steady position for extended periods, as in working at a computer. Do this exercise every half hour to prevent neck strain.

Deep Stretching

Sitting with good posture, let your head fall towards your shoulder. You can apply pressure with your hand as shown. You may also hold onto your chair with the opposite hand. Hold 30 seconds, repeat 3 times.

Resistance Presses

Keep your head in a neutral position at all times. Apply pressure to your head in the following positions for 5 seconds then relax. Flexion- place hand at forehead. Extension- place hand at back of head

Towel Pull

Place rolled towel around your neck, and hold ends with hands. Slowly look up as far as you can, rolling your head over the towel. Apply gentle pressure on towel to support cervical spine as you extend head back. Do not hold the position. Instead return to starting position. Repeat 10 times.

Strengthening Exercises - Leg and Arm

The best way to prevent injury is by having strong, flexible muscles and joints which resist strain and injury. Stretch slowly, and never do any exercise that causes pain. If you are an athlete, your legs take a lot of abuse. Here are some advanced exercises for those with healthy knees, legs and arms that will get you ready for your sport.

Knee Twist

Lie on your back with your knees bent. While trying to keep your lower back flat, slowly let both knees fall together toward the floor. Hold for ten seconds, then go back to start position with knees up. Repeat other side. Repeat the exercise ten times.

Side Leg Raises

Lie on side as shown with right leg bent and left leg straight. Slowly raise left leg upward. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times before switching legs.
*Roll mouse over image to view full exercise

Leg Adduction

Lie on your side as shown with your left foot resting on a chair, and the right one below, resting on the ground. Raise the lower leg upward against the bottom of the chair. Hold for 10 seconds and then return the leg to the floor. Repeat 10 times then switch sides to exercise the left leg.
*Roll mouse over image to view full exercise

Hip Adduction

Attach one end of the SportCord to a low stationary fixture, the other to the area three inches above your knee. Slowly extend your right knee outward toward the floor. Hold for ten seconds then return to starting position. Repeat ten times. Switch legs and repeat.
*Roll mouse over image to view full exercise

Side Hip Abduction

Lie on side with knees and hips bent. Keep feet together. Now spread knees apart lifting upper knee toward ceiling. Do not separate feet. You can place a cuff weight on upper knee to add resistance. Repeat 10 times each side.

Bridge with Ball

Lie on floor with heels on ball. Keeping abs tightened and glutes squeezed, slowly lift your hips off the floor until shoulders, hips and feet in a straight line (don't arch back). Hold position 5 seconds and lower while maintaining ab and glute contraction. Repeat 10 times for each set.
*Roll mouse over image to view full exercise.

Arm - Triceps Stretch

Position hands behind head as shown. Grasp right elbow with left hand and pull toward the left slightly to feel a stretch in the right tricep. Hold for 5 seconds, and then repeat with other arm.

Hamstring Stretch

Place a belt or rope around the arch of your foot. Straighten your leg. Slowly begin to pull your leg to a straight up position. Depending upon your flexibility, having your leg point straight up may be a realistic goal. For those who have good flexibility, you may be able to go past vertical during your stretch.

Bicep Curls on Ball

Sit erect on Swiss ball with your chest out, shoulders relaxed and back. Maintain your lumbar curve and keep abdominal muscles tightened. Hold weights in hands and lift alternately bringing hands to shoulder level and down. Remember to relax shoulders and keep shoulder blades down and back. Repeat 10 times with each arm, alternating.
*Roll mouse over image to view full exercise.

Military Press

While sitting on a ball or chair, with dumbbells in each hand. Position your arms at shoulder level as shown, and then press upward to the ceiling. Repeat 10 times. Try to do 3 sets.

Side Pulldowns

Secure your theraband or Sportcord near the top of the door frame. Start pulling down and across the body (as shown). Be sure to keep the thumb pointed up when at the top of the pattern and rotate it down as your arm descends. Repeat 10 times.

Arm - Triceps Pulldowns

Anchor your theraband or Sportcord at the top of doorframe. Grasp the ends/handles, and pull down toward your hips, keeping your upper arms by the side of your body. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10 times.

Squats

This exercise can strengthen a healthy knee, and prepare it for the high impact the knees may get on the crusty snow, or the spring action generated by the fresh powder. To do this exercise, start with the feet shoulder width apart. Your hands are outstretched for balance. Lower your body slowly (do not bounce up and down) until the thighs are horizontal. Hold your squat position for five seconds, then stand. Repeat ten times.

Leg Swings

This exercise requires a great deal of balance. You may put one hand on a chair back to balance if need be. To do this exercise, stand on your right leg. Extend your left leg out in front of you until it can almost touch the floor, 18 inches in front. Next, slowly begin to swing the left leg to the side so the leg may touch the floor, 18 inches to the side, then back behind you, then back to the starting position. You left leg will have made a large semicircle path from front to back. Repeat 10 times, then switch legs.

Standing Rotation

Rotational Stretch - If you want to get back in shape for rotational sports like tennis and golf, you need rotational stretches. Hold a racquet, golf club or broom across your shoulders as shown. Without moving your feet, slowly rotate your shoulders to the left, then back to the right. Also do this stretch for 5 minutes before playing to reduce risk of strain.

Ski Exercise Moguls

Place a towel on the floor. Start on your right foot with your left hand on the floor, as shown in picture one. Next, jump upward from this position, across the towel landing on your left foot and right hand. Get momentum going and hop from side to side for one minute, then rest. Repeat for ten one minute intervals.

Abdominal Crunch

Lie on your back with feet together, raised up (upper left). Raise your shoulders up slightly so they are four inches off the ground (bottom left). Do not use your hands to jerk your head up. Hold for 3 seconds, then lower. Repeat 10 times.

Lie on your back. Try to keep your low back in contact with the ground. Slowly lift your right shoulder up six inches off the ground. Merely raise your shoulders up six inches, hold for one second and lie down. Repeat for ten sit ups, alternating left shoulder and right shoulder. DO NOT do a full sit up. DO NOT put your hands behind your neck to jerk yourself upward.

Hamstring Stretch II

Start with your left leg slightly bent as shown, and with your right leg crossed over the other. Grab the left leg at the back of the thigh and pull toward the chest until the right leg is straight up, but no farther. Hold for 5 seconds, then return to starting position. Switch legs and repeat 10 times.

Knee Exercises

The best way to prevent injury is by having strong, flexible muscles and joints which resist strain and injury. With some simple cases of knee pain, certain exercises can help relieve some pain episodes. Remember, never do any exercise that causes increased pain.

Double Knee To Chest

Start on your back with your legs outstretched. Bring both knees up together and place your hands below the knee area on the top of the shin. An alternative place for your hands is the back of the thighs. Slowly bring your knees toward your chest, hold for ten seconds, then go back to starting position.

“Unweighted Exercises” Leg Cycle Exercise

Start by lying on your back with both legs upward. Extend both your arms out at your sides for balance. Begin a cycling motion with your feet in the air. Try to increase the range of motion in the knee joint area, so the flexion in each leg goes from almost straight and extended to bent at a ninety degree angle.

Leg ADduction

As shown, start with one foot above the chair, and one below resting on the ground. Raise the straightened leg upward against the bottom of the chair. Hold for ten seconds and then return the leg to the floor.

Unweighted Flexion

Stand behind a chair using the back of the chair for balance. Flex your left leg up to about a ninety degree angle, hold for ten seconds, then go back to starting position. Switch legs, and do ten repetitions with each leg.

Knee Full Extension Exercise

Start by sitting in a chair that is high enough so that the knee can bend to a ninety degree angle. Slowly raise the leg until it is horizontal. Hold for five seconds, and slowly let it return to the ground. Repeat with other leg. Do twenty repetitions, if able.

Ankle Stretch

Place one end of a Sportcord over your right foot at the instep (not the tip of the shoe). Extend your right leg and pull up the Sportcord until you have the desired resistance and difficulty. Extend your right toe downward, as if you are pressing on the gas pedal in your car. Hold extended for five seconds, and then repeat twenty times. Switch

Single Hamstring Stretch

Sit on the floor with your left leg outstretched and your right leg bent as shown. With both hands extended, reach out toward your toes of the left foot. Don’t bounce, just stretch slowly. Try to hold the stretch for ten seconds, then go back to the starting position. Do ten repetitions before switching legs.

Knee Stretch

Start with your right leg slightly bent as shown, and with your left leg crossed over the other. Grab the right leg at the back of the thigh and pull toward the chest until the right leg is straight up, but no farther. Hold for five seconds, then return to starting position. Switch legs and repeat. Do ten repetitions with each leg. Discontinue if the exercise causes more pain to your sore knee.

Straight-Leg Lift Exercise

Start by lying on your back with your left leg bent upward. Keep your right leg completely extended straight out. Slowly raise your right leg to about a forty-five degree angle, keeping the leg locked straight. Hold for five seconds and then slowly lower to the flat, resting position. It is not necessary to take the leg straight up to ninety degrees, as the most difficult range of motion is the first two feet off the ground. Repeat twenty times. Switch to the left leg.

Straight-Leg Piriformis Stretch

Lie on your back as shown. Raise your left leg and bring it across your body, trying to make it touch the ground by your right hand. Keep both your shoulders flat to the ground. Hold for twenty seconds, then return to starting position and repeat for the other leg. Do ten repetitions with each leg.

Horizontal Straight-Leg Raise with Chair

Use two chairs or a chair across from a sofa. While seated, extend your leg so that it rests on the other chair. Slowly raise the leg no more than twelve inches, keeping it straight during the motion. Hold for ten seconds, then return to starting position. Repeat ten times for each leg.

Ankle Flexion

Sitting on chair as shown with left leg extended. Flex top of toe backward, and hold for 20 seconds. Relax, and repeat 10 times.

Heel Raises

Stand near a wall or chair that you can balance against. Slowly raise your left foot backward until your lower leg is at a 90 degree angle. Hold for 5 seconds, return to starting position. Repeat 10 times with each leg.

Here are the McKenzie back exercises:

Exercises for pain relief

It is essential that you consult your health professional before commencing these exercises. Robin Mckenzie has written an easy to follow guide called "Treat your own back" and invented the following exercises.

Exercise One

Lying Face Down

Lie face down with your arms beside your body and your head turned to one side Stay in this position, take a few deep breaths and then relax completely for four to five minutes.

You must make a conscious effort to remove all tension from the muscles in your lower back; without COMPLETE RELAXATION there is NO CHANCE of ELIMINATING any DISTORTION that may be present in the joint.

This exercise is used mainly in the treatment of acute back pain that is pain that is short-lived and is one of the First Aid exercises.

It should be done once at the BEGINNING of EACH exercise session, and the sessions are to be spread evenly six to eight times throughout the day. This means that you should repeat the sessions about every two hours. In addition, you must lie face down whenever you are resting. When in acute pain you should avoid sitting, at least during the first few days.

Exercise Two

Lying Face Down in Extension

Remain face down. Place your elbows under your shoulders so that you lean on your forearms. During this exercise you should commence taking in a few deep breaths and allow the muscles in the lower back to relax completely.

Again you should stay in this position for about five minutes. You must make a conscious effort to remove all tension from the muscles in your lower back; without COMPLETE RELAXATION there is NO CHANCE of ELIMINATING any DISTORTION that may be present in the joint.

This exercise is used mainly in the treatment of severe low back pain and is one of the First Aid exercises it should always follow exercise one and is to be performed once per session. Should you experience severe and increasing pain on attempting this exercise, there are certain measures to be taken before you can continue exercising, these are discussed in the section 'No response or benefit'

Exercise Three

Extension in Lying

Remain face down. Place your elbows under your shoulders in the press-up position. Now you are ready to start exercise 3. Straighten your elbows and push the top half of your body up as far as the pain permits. It is important that you completely relax the pelvis, hips and legs as you do this.

Keep your pelvis, hips and legs hanging limp and allow your back to sag. Once you have maintained this position for a second or two, you should lower yourself to the starting position. Each time you repeat this movement cycle you must try to raise your upper body a little higher, so that in the end your back is extended as much as possible with your arms as straight as possible.

Once your arms are straight, remember to hold the sag for a second or two as this is a most important part of the exercise. The sag may be maintained for longer than one or two seconds if you feel the pain reducing or centralising. This is the most useful and effective first aid procedure in the treatment of acute low back pain. The exercise can also be used to treat stiffness of the low back, and to PREVENT low back pain RECURRING once you are fully recovered.

When used in the treatment of either pain or stiffness, the exercise should be performed ten times per session and the sessions are to be spread evenly six to eight times throughout the day. Should you not respond or have increasing pain on attempting this exercise exercise, there are certain measures to be taken before you can continue exercising, these are discussed in the section 'No response or benefit' read it now.

Exercise Four

Extension in Standing

Stand upright with your feet slightly apart. Place your hands in the small of your back with your fingers pointing backwards and your thumbs pointing forwards. You are now ready to start Exercise Four Bend your trunk backwards at the waist as far as you can, using your hands as a fulcrum. It is important that you keep your knees straight as you do this.

Once you have maintained this position for a second or two you should return to the starting position. Each time you repeat this movement cycle, you should try to bend backwards a little further so that in the end you have reached the maximum possible degree of extension.

When you are in acute pain, this exercise may replace exercise 3 should circumstances prevent you from exercising in the lying position. This exercise, however is not as effective as exercise 3. Once you have fully recovered and no longer have low back pain, this exercise is your MAIN TOOL in the PREVENTION of further BACK PROBLEMS As a preventive measure, repeat the exercise every once in a while whenever you find yourself working in a forward bent position. Perform the exercise BEFORE the pain appears.

Exercise Five

Flexion in Lying

Lie on your back with your knees bent and you feet flat on the floor or bed. You are now ready to start Exercise Five Bring both knees up towards the chest. Place both hands around your knees and gently but firmly pull the knees as close to the chest as the pain permits.

Once you have maintained this position for a second or two you should lower the legs and return to the starting position. It is important that you DO NOT RAISE YOUR HEAD as you perform this exercise, or STRAIGHTEN YOUR LEGS AS YOU LOWER THEM. Each time you repeat this movement cycle, you should try to pull your knees a little further so that in the end you have reached the maximum possible degree of flexion. At this stage your knees may touch the chest.

This exercise is used in the treatment of stiffness in the low back which may have developed since your injury or pain began. While damaged tissues may have now healed, they may have also shortened and become less flexible; it is now necessary to restore their elasticity and full function by performing flexion exercises.

These exercises should be commenced with caution. In the beginning you must only do five or six per session, and the sessions are to be repeated three or four times per day. As you have probably realised, this exercise eliminates the lordosis once the knees are bent to the chest, so in order to rectify any distortion that may result, FLEXION EXERCISES MUST ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED BY A SESSION OF EXERCISE 3 - EXTENSION IN LYING. You may stop performing Exercise 4 when you can readily pull the knees to the chest without producing tightness or pain. You may then progress to Exercise 6

Exercise Six

Flexion in Sitting

Sit on the edge of a steady chair with your knees and feet well apart and let your hands rest between your legs. You are now ready to start Exercise 6 Bend your trunk forwards and touch the floor with your hands. Return immediately to the starting position.

Each time you repeat this movement cycle you must bend down a little further so that end you have reached the maximum possible degree of flexion. At this reached the maximum possible degree of flexion and your head is as close as possible to the floor.

The exercise can be made more effective by holding on to your ankles with your hands and pulling yourself down further. Exercise 6 SHOULD ONLY BE COMMENCED AFTER THE COMPLETION OF ONE WEEK OF EXERCISE 5, WHETHER EXERCISE 5 HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL OR NOT IN REDUCING YOUR STIFFNESS OR PAIN. In the beginning you must only do five or six repetitions per session and the sessions are to be repeated three or four times per day. FLEXION EXERCISES MUST ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED BY A SESSION OF EXERCISE 3 - EXTENSION IN LYING.

No Response or Benefit

After exercising without any relief or benefit for three or four days, you may conclude that the exercises as performed are ineffectual. There are two main causes for lack of response or benefit from these exercises.

A lack of response to these exercises is possible in some people when their pain is felt only to one side of the spine, or is felt much more to one side than the other. If your pain during the course of the day is felt only to one side, more to one side as you perform Exercises 1,2,3 you may need to modify your body position before commencing them. To achieve this modification, you should:

1. Adopt a position to perform Exercise 1 and allow yourself to relax for a few minutes.

2. Remain face down and now shift your hips AWAY from the PAINFUL side; that is if your pain is usually more on the right side you must move your hips three or four inches to the left, and once more completely relax for a few minutes.

3. While allowing the hips to remain off-centre, lean on the elbows as described in exercise two and relax for a further three or four minutes.

You are now ready to commence Exercise 3. With the hips still off-centre, complete one session of Exercise 3 and relax once more. You may need to repeat the exercise several times but before commencing each session of ten you should ensure that the hips are still off centre; remember, away from the painful side.

Even with your hips in the off-centre position, you should try with each repetition to move higher and higher.

You should reach the maximum amount of extension possible at which time the arms should be completely straight.

For the next three or four days you should continue to perform Exercises 1,2,3 from the modified starting position. After a few days of practice you may notice that the pain is distributed more evenly across the back or may have centralised. Once this occurs you may stop shifting the hips before exercising and continue exercising as described earlier. Occasionally shifting the hips away from the painful side is sufficient to stop the pain completely.

The second cause for lack of response to the exercise arises when Exercise 3 is performed without adequate fixation. Exercise 3 occasionally gives benefit for a few hours only and then the pain returns. The effectiveness of Exercise 3 can be improved by holding the pelvis down using the hands of another person, or by constructing a simple device which can be improvised at home using an ironing board with a seat belt or strong leather strap placed firmly around the waistline. This added fixation frequently makes the difference between the success or failure of the exercise.

RECURRENCE Irrespective of what you are doing or where you are, at the first sign of recurrence of low back pain you should immediately start the exercises which previously led to recovery and follow the instructions to relieve acute pain.

You should at once commence Exercise 4 - Extension in Standing. If this does not abolish your pain within minutes, you must quickly introduce

Exercise 3 - Extension in Lying. The immediate performance of Exercise 3 can so often prevent the onset of a disabling attack. If your pain is already too severe to tolerate these exercises, you should commence Exercises 1 and 2 - Lying face down and lying down in extension.

Finally, if you have on sided symptoms which do not centralise with the exercises recommended so far, you should shift your hips away from the painful side before commencing the exercises and hold your hips in the off-centre position while you exercise. In addition to the exercises, you must pay extra attention to your posture and maintain the Lordosis as much as possible.

If this episode of low back pain seems to be different from previous occasions and if your pain persists despite the fact that you closely follow the instructions, you should seek advice.

http://www.medhouse.ru/forum18/thread9210.html

— удобное положение головы и шеи на подушке;

—Остеохондроз позвоночника;
— перерастяжение мышц, возникающее при быст ром повороте и наклоне туловища вперед, на пример при резком подъеме упавшей на пол ве щи;
— сильное сокращение мышц при подъеме или удержании тяжелых предметов;

Во время борьбы и ударах при занятиях боксом и т. д.;
— долгое неподвижное сидение, особенно в неудоб ной позе;
— быстрое неловкое движение туловища, включая его изгибание и перекручивание, возникающее при попытке поймать мяч или во время тормо жения автобуса и т. д.;
— работы, связанные с длительным наклоном ту ловища или многократным его подъемом, на пример прополка огорода, ручная стирка, мытье полов и т. д.;
— старайтесь тщательно разминаться перед пред стоящими занятиями спортом;
— проводите своевременное комплексное лечение остеохондроза;
— соблюдайте правила остеохондрозной безопасно сти при подъеме и переносе тяжестей;
— избегайте работ, вызывающих перегрузку мышц;
— старайтесь облегчить условия труда, связанного с эксплуатацией околопозвоночных мышц;

— облегчает подъем руки;
— поднимает и приближает лопатку к позво ночнику;
— отклоняет голову назад и разгибает грудной и шейный отделы позвоночника при двухстороннем сокращении, а при одностороннем — наклоняет го лову в сторону сокращения и поворачивает ее в про тивоположном направлении;
— перегрузка трапециевидных мышц работой, спо собствующей сохранению длительного напря жения ее при удержании руки на весу, напри мер при черчении, шитье на коленях, работе на печатной машинке, компьютере, при покра ске стен, потолков,НошенииТяжелых сумок и т. д.;
— напряжение руки во время продолжительных разговоров по телефону;
— использование неудобной мебели: сидение на стуле или кресле без подлокотников или с чрез мерно высокими подлокотниками, при опоре на которые лопатки поднимаются вверх, что при водит к укорочению мышц и создает тем самым условия для их спазмирования;
— сдавливание мышц тугимиИУзкими бретелька ми бюстгальтера, ношение тяжелых сумок с уз кими ремешками, тяжелых рюкзаков;
— перегрузка мышц продолжительным ношением тяжелой одежды: шубы, пальто и т. д.;
— резкие движения головой;
— езда в автомобиле без гидроусилителя руля;

Меры профилактики: -—Во время выполнения работ, связанных с удер жанием рук на весу, создавайте опору для лок тей, пользуйтесь креслом с удобными подлокот никами;

— научитесь обращать внимание на утомление и вовремя прерывайтесь для отдыха;
— при работе, связанной с телефонными перегово рами, используйте специальные микрофоны с наушниками;
— при выборе новой одежды руководствуйтесь не только ее внешним видом, но и тем, насколько комфортно вы себя в ней чувствуете;
— ношение тяжелой шубы или пальто может об легчить подкладывание специальных подуше чек на те места, где располагаются костные вы ступы лопатки и ключицы. Это уменьшает сдав ливание трапециевидных мышц;

Опираться на подвздошные гребни (выступаю щие части таза);
— если бретельки бюстгальтера сдавливают трапе циевидную мышцу, сделайте их более широки ми и неэластичными;
— в профилактических целях используйте расслаб ление трапециевидных мышц, если работа вы зывает их утомление или спазм;
— правильное дыхание (см. часть 3) поможет суще ственно снизить активность трапециевидных мышц, являющихся вспомогательными дыха тельными мышцами;
— комплексное лечение остеохондроза с использо ванием методов мануальной терапии не только приносит здоровье позвоночнику, но и устраня ет спазмМышц;

— Приводить и вращать плечо внутрь;
— Поднимать ребра при фиксированной лопат ке или руке во время глубокого вдоха, принимая вспомогательное участие при дыхании;
— остеохондроз позвоночника;
— подъем и удержание тяжелых предметов перед собой без разминки;
— резкое отведение руки назад при броске мяча, подаче в теннисе и т. д.;
— нахождение на сквозняке и переохлаждение ус талых мышц;
— быстрые отжимания от пола, подтягивания на турнике, толкание штанги без предварительной разминки;
— перенапряжение приводящих мышц рук при продолжительной работе пилой, кусачками и т. д.;
— продолжительный кашель;
— длительное сдавливание мышц лямкой тяжело го рюкзака;
— травма грудных мышц;

— своевременно проводите комплексное лечение остеохондроза;
— обязательно разминайтесь перед предстоящей работой, связанной с подъемом тяжестей и заня тиями спортом;

— избегайте переохлаждения и сквозняков;
— при ношении рюкзака смещайте его лямку к краю плеча, а чтобы она сильно не давила, по местите под нее широкую прокладку;
— при длительном сидении создайте опору для локтей или используйте кресло с удобными под локотниками;

http://www.womenhealthnet.ru/neurology/1732.html
